Sabrina Steinback has spent more than 20 years in human resources leadership, working across private companies, nonprofits, government contractors, mission-driven organizations, and a wide range of complex workplace environments. Her background combines senior HR certification, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Chapman University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington. Her career has included hands-on HR operations, strategic HR leadership, compliance support, employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
